The company is growing.
Over the past 5 years the number of serviced projects increased by 7 times, challenging
tasks with an increased level of responsibility appeared, in this connection a new
division — Financial and Legal Service — was formed.
Accordingly, it was necessary to develop in the direction required for the Company —
for example, in the field of budgeting, management accounting and team management.
However, job is not everything. Apart from my job activities I also develop in a corporate
environment (English and journalism), as well as vindicate the honor of the Company
in mini-football and soccer betting!

A year after I joined the company I had my first big project in Germany and first foreign
business trip (Munich). Two years later business trips to faraway Australia began. A year
later I became a CSA and got the status of AppSense Certified Trainer.
I have an incredibly interesting work: I work on cloud solutions for virtual desktop
management (technology stack includes Citrix, VMWare, AppSense, etc.), teach at
Fujitsu Labs, hold trainings for colleagues from Kazan, Finland and Australia.
ICL is a young ambitious company with a young team. We are constantly developing
new technologies, new services and features for our customers. The team is very

I’ve changed my profession dramatically: from regular officers to IT. A year later I came
here for the position of a System Administrator (TSS 2), 2 years later I became a team
leader, a year after it — started to work as a Service Operations Manager.
Now I develop in the project management field, work with people a lot (I just love this
thing) and periodically fly to Germany to customers — never a dull moment.

What does the Company appreciate in me? Perhaps, the proactivity, the readiness to
accept challenges and complete them, accept business goals as my own ones. I have
never avoided new roles, those of coordinator, expert, Team Leader, and finally moved
from the lowest steps of the career ladder up to the role of the Head of Service Desk.
What do I appreciate in the Company? It is a community of professionals almost in all
spheres. They love and value their job. One can learn much from them! Besides, I
appreciate the readiness of the colleagues, including the top management, to openly
discuss problems and to give a helping hand. Nothing can compare to it!
I can’t stand unconstructive conversations, lamentations of the past, waste of time and
resources. In that respect, I am entirely in agreement with the Company.
ILDAR KHUSNUTDINOVHead of Service Delivery. I have built Service Delivery from scratch
I like the openness of the Company Senior Management and the transparency of the
strategy. I also always enjoy the challenges. You can make use of any skills: sometimes
even my hobby turns out to be useful (I play the intellectual game «What? Where?
When?», the US version of which was known as «Million Dollar Mind Game»). And
encouragement of initiative and responsibility in the Company mostly appeals to me.
For the Company, many of «my» projects were the first ones of their kind. Within the
project which I started as the Team Leader and completed as the Service Manager, we
provided the third line of support for the first time. Then we had the first major account
from Russia, and we worked with it without the western colleagues and partners. Then
we built SAM from scratch.
That was a fabulous experience!
And apart from business, I appreciate that the Company puts a lot of time and money in
teambuilding (events for employees and their families, out of office activities).
